Apollo Tactical Strength & Conditioning was formed after two Army Veterans graduated from a Masters program in Strength & Conditioning in 2020. We strive to provide the best coaching to our athletes no matter the goal. We do this through needs analysis, research, and continued learning of the craft built on our graduate level education in the field.

What We Offer

Tactical Strength & Conditioning

Tactical Strength & Conditioning is geared towards Military, Police, Firefighter, EMS, First Responders, Veterans, etc. If your job has a requirement to "spring into action" or that is how you want to train, this is the right place for you! This training involves functional style movements driven by the tasks and goals of the Athlete. 

Sports Athlete Training

Sports Athlete Strength & Conditioning is designed to help Athletes increase their performance on the field through research based training. Stop wasting time in the weight room using programs built to strictly make you look good and sign up for a program designed to make you an elite Athlete.

Health & Wellness Coaching

Health and Wellness Coaching is designed to keep everyone in mind when it comes to health and fitness goals. This isn't specialized towards any certain profession or lifestyle, but more all-encompassing. Although, we do offer specific personalized training plans for individuals who don't fit our other 2 categories.

Coach Brett - M.S., TSAC-F, EP-C, PN1

Hi, I'm Coach Brett! I have been immersed in the online fitness community since 2016. I am Apollo's Head Tactical Strength Coach. My passion for coaching Tactical Athletes comes from over 14 years of military experience. Graduating U.S. Army Ranger School in 2013, serving in the Airborne Infantry, and ultimately transitioning into Army Aviation as a Blackhawk Pilot have all taught me that physical fitness is the most paramount individual task a Tactical Athlete can do to keep themselves in the fight. Allow me to coach you to keep you in the fight. RLTW!

Coach Anthony - M.S., EP-C, USAW, FMS, AFAA P.M.I.

Hi, I'm Coach Anthony! I have been coaching sport athletes since 2018. I am Apollo's Head Sport Athlete Coach. I have a passion for training athletes because of my personal experience as an athlete trying my hardest to increase my athletic performance on the field using the gym. I have worked with athletes starting at age 12 all the way up to Division 1 College Athletes. I started working with Anthony two years ago and within a month of training I felt more explosive and faster. He tailors a program to what works for me and is always making sure that I feel the lifts are helping and if not he finds another lift to accomplish the same goal. He does a great job of monitoring my performance as well to make sure if I am starting to hurt that the lifts are toned back a little and will give me lists of stretches and movements to do to combat soreness and pain.
